Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Programs
ACT, in partnership with Brown University School of Professional Studies, an international leader in executive education, is excited to offer ACT’s Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program (Level 1 ICF accredited). In addition, ACT offers an ICF Level 2 accredited program outlined below.
The Level 2 (PCC) coaching certification program provides:
- Everything included in Level 1, and
- The Next Level Coaching Program pathway to achieve 143 total hours of coach specific training
- 2 hours of Individual Mentor Coaching
- Final Performance Evaluation at the PCC Level administered by ACT. Must have 150 hours of client coaching hours in order to take the ACT Final Performance Evaluation.
Submit your ACT Level 2 program certificate and 500 coaching experience hours in your credential application. Once the application review process is complete, you will then take the ICF Credentialing Exam with the ICF.
Experienced professionals. Minimum of 5 years experience in education, training, and/or professional experience.
The total program length
is 12-15 months.
