Erin Hutchins, MCC

Erin is the Co-Founder of ACT Leadership and owner of ACT Government Services. Erin is a Master Coach, Adjunct Lecturer at Brown University, Consultant and Trainer who support’s leaders and organizations to act with greater purpose, authenticity, and impact. Through coaching, consulting, and leadership development, Erin helps individuals, teams and organizations achieve alignment, clarity, and results. Erin has trained over thousands of individuals to become certified coaches to lead with greater impact. She has designed and executed large scale coaching programs with Fortune 100 companies, the Federal Government and humanitarian organizations. Prior to entering the field of coaching and development, Erin was a change and organizational consultant for PwC and for the Federal Government. She has delivered coaching and leadership programs in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Mike Hutchins, PCC

Mike is the Co-Founder of ACT Leadership and has over 20 years consulting, training and coaching experience with large professional services organizations. He is an Adjunct Lecturer at Brown University and a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF. He has worked with over 100 clients from leading international organizations in coaching and consulting. He co-created the ICF-accredited ACSTH coaching certification program, “Leadership and Performance Coaching” which is being delivered worldwide across a number of organizations including 500 senior leaders in the federal government. The program extends to a Team Coaching and Leader As Coach program, which Mike delivers on Executive Masters program with Brown School of Professional Studies. Mike is also a CPA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Robin Rose, PH.D., ACC

Robin is a highly skilled facilitator, educator and coach. She has worked in senior level positions and as an instructor at Brown University for 38 years. As a coach she works with executives from health care organizations, educational institutions and scientific and technology corporations. She is passionate about learning and helping others develop their practice of leadership.

Patrick Chapman, PCC

Patrick’s passion for coaching stems from his desire to be on the front end of facilitating the development of conscious leaders. Patrick possesses 25 combined years of expertise in coaching, conflict management, training, organizational development, and law in the public and private sectors. He mentors new and certified coaches to help deepen their coaching competency. Patrick’s coaching, conflict management, and mindfulness expertise support executives and leaders with designing a more fulfilled and balanced work-life. Clients value Patrick’s calm nature, listening skills, intuitive knack, and thought-provoking questions and observations.  He possesses an innate ability to help clients center, “cut through all the noise”, cultivate self-awareness, and execute their objectives.

Ashley Abbott, PCC

Ashley is a certified professional coach and faculty member of ACT. He specializes in helping new managers, senior leaders, and whole teams recognize their innate capacity for achieving superior results. Ashley’s approachable yet rigorous teaching and coaching style invites leaders into critical self-assessment that encourages them to maximize their leadership impact. He provides experiential training for ACT, including the Leader as Coach program associated with the Executive Master in Science and Technology Leadership (EMSTL), offered through Brown University’s School of Professional Studies. He began his career in software development at IBM, and over the course of over 20 years has led enterprise software implementations for Fortune 500 companies, delivered global digital marketing initiatives, and has led services teams in entrepreneurial technology companies serving global corporations.

Stephanie Lovinger, PCC

Stephanie Lovinger, CPCC, PCC is an Executive and Personal Coach specializing in Leadership Development, Change Navigation and Mid-Career Transition. She supports people as they make changes in situations, behavior and communication in the workplace and elsewhere. She has worked with clients in Government, Private Sector and Not-for-Profit organizations since 2001. She has been training and mentoring individuals and groups as they develop coaching skills since 2007. Prior to coaching she worked for a number of Fortune 500 and smaller organizations in sales, management and communication skills training roles.

Nick Kettles, MCC

Nick is a Master Certified Coach, who is known for his compassion, keen insight and fierce commitment to creative and personal transformation. Nick has been working in the field of personal and professional development for over 20 years and today works as a leadership coach, course-facilitator and mindfulness teacher. In his work he supports executives, leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators, navigate uncertainty and complexity, from a foundation of deep self-acceptance and authorship. Drawing on this experience as a former journalist and published author, he adds creative flair and guidance to help leaders give voice to their guiding purpose. Often this calls us to embrace parts of our selves which we have marginalized, a process Nick skillfully guides with compassion and full permission.

Christopher Veal, PCC

A former Marine officer and combat veteran with 25 years of experience in talent development, Christopher supports leaders to embrace the vulnerability, courage, and compassion required in elevating their leadership influence and creating leaders with greater impact and results. He has worked in government, healthcare, and banking to help grow internal leadership talent and capacity.
