Embodied Atelier & Q&A Session: July 8, 2026
An introduction to the Embodied program. Explore what embodiment means in practice and how the work supports awareness, regulation, and choice.

What is Embodied?
Embodied is a somatic coaching journey created and led by Erin Hutchins, Co-Founder of ACT Leadership and Master Certified Coach (MCC). It is designed for anyone seeking a deeper connection to themselves — moving beyond the intellect to reconnect with the body, emotions, and spirit. Delivered as an in-person experience, Embodied integrates the ACT framework of Awareness, Connection/Choice, and Transformation to guide you through a process of genuine self-discovery and healing.
What you will experience
You will begin with mindfulness and grounding — tuning into your breath, body, and sensations — before moving into authentic movement that allows emotions and patterns to surface. Each session closes with stillness, reflection, and journaling to integrate what has shifted physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
What you will achieve
You will leave with a deeper awareness of the patterns and beliefs that have been holding you back, and a renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and authenticity. Over time, participants report greater inner peace, more conscious leadership, and a stronger connection between who they are and how they show up — both in life and at work.

Got a question about our coaching programs?
Each Embodied workshop and retreat are handled individually, depending on the space. Typically, attendance is limited to approximately 10-15 participants.
Accommodation is included in the cost of the Embodied program (when specified). Travel arrangements are made individually.
We suggest dressing comfortably, in clothing that allows natural movement.
The Embodied program is open to anyone to join.
The Embodied program is approved for 15.5 continuing education credits (CCEs). This is divided into 1.5 core competency credits and 14 resource development credits (1.5 CC and 14 RD).
Most participants who complete LPCC/Level 1 apply for their ACC Credentials, even while working towards their PCC credentials through the Next Level with Level 2 Add on. The PCC credential requires 500 practice coaching hours so most opt to obtain the ACC credential first. (Link: https://coachingfederation.org/credentialing/icf-credentials-overview/pcc/)
Level 2 requires 125 hours of coach-specific training. Our LPCC Level 1 program provides 100 hours of training. To obtain your PCC, you will require an additional 25 hours. Our Next Level program with the Level 2 add-on provides the additional training hours as well as the Level 2 Performance Evaluation to become eligible for PCC credentials. To obtain the PCC with the ICF, you must complete 500 hours of practice coaching hours.
It depends. If you are already an ICF credentialed coach, then the LPCC program is not necessary for you. Have you been trained in another style of coaching? We recommend checking whether this follows the ICF Core Competencies and schedule a call with one of our Program Advisors who can advise. If you have been working as a coach without an ICF credential, then the LPCC program can help you obtain your ACC credentials. However, you cannot count any of your previous coaching hours as coaching practice. The ICF wants to make sure you are practicing the coaching from a credentialed coaching school.
