About This Webinar

Thinking about advancing your leadership through professional coach certification?

Join ACT co-founder Mike Hutchins for a live Q&A about the Leadership Performance Coaching Certification (LPCC), ACT Leadership's ICF Level 1 accredited program delivered in partnership with Brown University School of Professional Studies. Designed for experienced leaders with five or more years in the field, LPCC combines experiential classroom instruction, group mentor coaching, 1:1 supervision, and live practice coaching with peers to build the skills to coach individuals, teams, and change in the workplace, grounded in developmental psychology, neuroscience, and current leadership research.

You'll graduate with 100 hours of coach-specific training, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and a clear path to your ICF ACC credential, plus the option to progress to ICF Level 2 through our Leadership Equation Advanced Coaching Program (LEAP). This 60-minute session is your chance to get direct answers about the curriculum, format, and outcomes from our team, so you can decide with confidence whether LPCC is the right next step for you.
