PAyment Options
Flexible payment options
ACT offers a payment plan that splits the Leadership Performance Coaching Certification tuition into multiple payments with the final installment due prior to the start of Module 3.
Application Fee
A $50 application fee is required for LPCC and Team Coaching. All other programs (Leader As Coach, Next Level, LEAP, and Embodied) do not require application fees.
Deposits
Once accepted to the LPCC or Team Coaching programs, a $3000 deposit is due within 5 business days to confirm your enrollment in a specific cohort.
Tuition Payments
Some programs offer tuition payment options, but all programs, with the exception of LPCC, require full payment of tuition prior to the program start date. The final installment of LPCC tuition must be paid prior to Module 3.
The LPCC Payment Plan
Option to pay in multiple installments
The LPCC Payment Plan allows participants to pay tuition in multiple installments.
Deposit due upon acceptance
In order to secure your spot in your desired cohort, a $3000 deposit is due upon acceptance.
Pay in full or in multiple installments
The remaining balance can either be paid in full prior to the cohort start date or split into 3 equal installments, each due prior to the start of a live training module. Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of Module 3.
Accepted payment methods
Tuition payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. If your organization is covering tuition, we're happy to invoice your finance department directly to secure payment.

ACT Leadership is committed to supporting every participant in completing their coaching education. We understand that life circumstances change, and we've designed this policy to balance flexibility for participants with the operational realities of running ICF-accredited programs with limited cohort seats.

Many employers offer tuition assistance or professional development funding that can be used toward ACT programs. ACT and Brown SPS provide a customizable sample letter to help you start that conversation with your manager.
Please contact us and we will provide information to support requesting financial support for the LPCC program from your employer.
