Once we receive your application we will reach out to schedule a 1:1 Meeting with ACT Leadership. One of ACT’s co-founders will reach out to you to schedule a meeting (30-minutes or less) to review your application, understand your interest in coach training, and to assess program compatibility.
Policies on Payment of Tuition and Fees
Group Pricing: Three or more from the same organization: 10% discount
Deposit: 50% of program tuition is due upon program admission. The remaining 50% will be invoiced one-month prior to the program start date.
Withdrawals and Refunds. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the ACT, Program Manager – firstname.lastname@example.org. You must cancel your enrollment in the program with 30 days notice prior to the program start date to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days of the program start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the program cost. Refunds will be made within 30 days following the receipt of written requests.
Right to Cancel. In rare cases, ACT may be required to cancel/reschedule courses at its discretion. ACT will not be responsible for costs that may be incurred by students as a result of such cancellations or rescheduling. ACT may use different facilitators to those advertised if there are last minute issues such as illness. All ACT facilitators are certified in ACT content, have extensive coach training experience and hold a minimum PCC qualification with the ICF.
