Yes. There are three 90-minute Mentor Coaching Group (MCG) calls on 3 separate days. Multiple time slots will be offered on MCG days. A makeup MCG option is available if one is missed.
LEAP provides your core training hours, and the Level 2 Add-On provides the necessary “evaluation” for the Level 2/PCC through the 3 enhanced mentor coaching sessions. You still need to accumulate your 500 practice coaching hours.
No, you'd just take the base LEAP program, and it counts toward your CCEs for renewal.
Yes, it provides 27 CCE credits (continuing coaching education). The LEAP program is approved for 20.96 Core Competency and 5.76 Resource Development hours.
Right now the program is open only to LPCC alumni; this will expand in the future.
No, you just need to have completed a Level 1 program (LPCC). The ACC credential isn't required.
