Student Experiences:

Michelle and Jeanine are phenomenal individually, but as a team, they are masterful and provide instruction in a way that I got it. I felt it. It resonated with me, and after each audio, I felt like I could breathe a little easier. The direct approach of the sessions and the rich content in the audios equips me to be a better coach, and to be able to go back and re-listen to the audios will support my continued development.

– Towanda Brooks, Chief Human Capital Officer & Director, OHR, NCUA

The Next Level Coaching Program provides invaluable assets and tools for both, coach and client. It’s nuanced and detailed exploration takes an empowering dive into the emotional foundation underlying a given issue.

– Elizabeth Santos-McClure, Executive Leadership Performance Coach

This incredibly engaging program delivers what it promises. I felt respected as an experienced coach and also constructively challenged by the course leaders throughout. Of particular value was learning new approaches to identifying underlying emotional processes — and empowering clients to leverage them for growth and success. Highly recommended!
