12pm - 1pm ET
Discover how shifting from advice-giver to thinking partner builds capability, accountability and trust. Join an ACT Leadership co-founder for practical tools to lead with greater impact by coaching,
The leaders who thrive in today's uncertain, fast-moving world aren't the ones with the most answers — they're the ones who ask the right questions.
Leader as Coach is a live program from ACT Leadership and Brown University School of Professional Studies that transforms how you lead. Instead of directing your team, you'll learn to guide, empower, and stretch them — building a culture that delivers real results without burning people out.
Grounded in developmental psychology, neuroscience, and leadership research, the curriculum covers six core topic areas through live instruction, group practice, and real-time feedback from senior faculty.
This program is for you if you:
- Lead or manage others
- Want to shift from telling to coaching
- Want a Brown University SPS credential without a full coaching certification
By the end, you will:
- Use coaching as a core leadership skill
- Run conversations that unlock performance
- Lead through uncertainty with clarity
- Build a team that takes ownership of results
Graduates receive a certificate of completion from ACT Leadership and Brown University School of Professional Studies.
