Guest Details
Carlon is a leadership coach, aiding purpose-driven individuals to maximize their potential. He is a certified coach from ACT’s Leadership Program at Brown University. He serves as the Chief Impact Officer and Co-Founder of Equity Institute, where he leads strategic planning and operational execution. He also co-founded re*generation, an initiative supporting education leaders from underrepresented backgrounds. Previously, Carlon was an executive director of a youth nonprofit, an AmeriCorps member, a teacher, and a policy fellow for a state senator. He graduated from the University of Georgia and completed his graduate education degree from Rhode Island College. He also has a nonprofit management certificate from the Institute of Nonprofit Practice, affiliated with Tufts University. Additionally, he is an adjunct faculty member at College Unbound.
