Show Notes
In this episode of 'Act of Coaching Podcast,' Phil dives deep into a discussion with his esteemed guest, Nick Kettles, who is an ACT Leadership faculty member. Nick shares his journey from the discovery of coaching, during a time his business was suffering, to becoming a leadership and performance coach. He emphasizes the contributions of coaching in his personal and professional life, particularly improving his relationships and empowering him to work with others through difficult circumstances. Nick also talks about his ideas on personal development, self-awareness and hopes for the future. Nick is an experienced ICF Master Certified Coach and Leadership development trainer. With 15 years of experience, he supports leaders in navigating uncertainty and complexity by embracing their authentic selves. As a former journalist and published author, Nick brings creative flair and guidance to help leaders define and give voice to their guiding purpose. He believes that the power of authenticity lies at the intersection of what we present to the world and what we wish to hide. By inspiring change makers and executives to lead from their most authentic selves, Nick helps transform a fear of change into a profound curiosity about what’s possible.
