My Passion is to support purpose driven people and organization do their good work more effectively. I have spent my entire career working in purpose driven organization. From non- profits, to schools, to medical institution, I have seen how passionate people put their whole selves into their work. I’ve also seen the toll that this can take; high burnout rates, exhaustion, and frustration. Since 2019 I’ve been committed to help these same people make shifts that allow them to keep doing the work they love without the toll. I hold a coaching certification from Brown University School of Professional Development, a Masters in Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work, and a BA in Neuroscience and Animal Behavior from Mount Holyoke College. I have more than 20 years of experience working as a therapist, leadership coach, and group facilitator. In addition, I am trained in Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead methodology.
